Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Research Shiksha, we value your trust and strive to provide the best learning experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our courses and services.

1. Cancellations

  • Once an order/service is confirmed, it may or may not be eligible for cancellation depending on the nature of the course or service purchased.
  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After course access, digital content, or service delivery has begun, cancellations will not be entertained.

2. Refunds

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank/credit card statement, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • In case of payment failure but account debit, the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) automatically reverses the amount within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital courses, e-learning content, or services once accessed/delivered are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions, memberships, or consultancy services once activated are non-refundable.
